City of Forest Day, a city -wide event, is an annual celebration of trees in NYC and the power of the urban forest to bring people together, clean our air, and make our city a greener, more livable place. The Friends of WNYC Transmitter Park are happy to host this event in the park.

Where to Meet: Just inside the Greenpoint Ave entrance.

You can join in the tree care as appropriate any time! All out trees welcome hugs. The bubble lawn mover will also be available for use.
