Calling local gardening volunteers and students of nature! Friends of WNYC Transmitter Park will be holding a follow up weeding & planting workshop to help maintain and bolster the plantings in the Kent Street garden we put in the ground last Fall. Local gardening expert Damion Lawyer will guide us through the process lending his knowledge about the work we did and what the plan is going forward. Support generously provided Partnership for Parks. Open Space Alliance for North Brooklyn is our organization partner.

Meet on the esplanade near the Willow tree, and prepare to get dirty! Refreshments will be provided.
